We will repair or replace a defective product for a period of one year from date of purchase. After this time there will be a nominal fee for the repair, to be set at the time that services are rendered. We reserve the right to terminate warranty coverage if there is evidence of misuse, at our discretion.
We DO NOT sell PocketLOGGER Cables separately from the software. We will gladly repair a cable (as per previous paragraph), even if there has been obvious misuse. Under no circumstances will we replace a lost, stolen, or otherwise misplaced PocketLOGGER Cable.
There is a $5 administrative fee for returning any product if we have not issued a registration code. If a registration code has been issued, there is a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.
We will gladly give a refund for a returned product minus the administrative fee and/or restocking fee once we receive the item. The returned item must be in new condition with unopened packaging and must be in resellable condition. We must receive the item within 30 days of shipment. We do not refund shipping costs.
Due to the nature of the Rtek7 ECU upgrades, we cannot offer returns for this product. Please contact us via phone or email for options.

AN RMA NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.
Please contact us before shipping anything back.
If you need to send a product back to us for repair or return, it is important that you pack it well. We are not responsible for any damage or loss which occurs during shipping.
Also, we recommend that you do not use the Post Office to return products to us. We are not responsible for any delays or problems that may be caused by using them. Your RMA number MUST be on the box or it will be refused.
