Shipping Methods:

We use UPS for domestic shipments and offer UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day, and UPS Ground services. Please see for descriptions of these services. Please note that we cannot request UPS to leave the package without a signature. It is up to the individual drivers to decide whether they will leave the package without a signature.

All international orders, including shipments to Canada, are shipped USPS Express Mail. Please do not ask us to change the value amount claimed on the customs form.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are based on weight, distance from our office, and the method you have chosen for your order to be shipped. Customers outside of the continental United States will pay shipping rates and possible customs fees determined by the United States Post Office. All others will have their choice of UPS options. UPS Ground is the cheapest, but will take a few days to reach its destination. If you want your order more quickly, you can choose one of the faster options, but the shipping cost will rise considerably.

It is recommended that you purchase everything you may need (such as hotsync cables or other accessories) when you make your PocketLOGGER purchase so that the products may be shipped together to save you money.

Shipping Transit Time:

Click here for UPS Ground transportation times. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes. USPS Express Mail can take 2 to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order:

When we ship your order, UPS will send you an email with your tracking number. You may log onto and enter your tracking number to locate your package. If you have chosen UPS as your shipping method, and you have still not received your tracking number, you may get one by contacting us at
